1. Acceptance of these terms

By visiting or using ConvertNow.tools (“the site,” “we,” “us”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you don’t agree with any part of them, please don’t use the site. We may update these terms from time to time, as described in Section 12.

2. What the service is

ConvertNow.tools provides free, browser-based utilities, converters, calculators, generators, and formatters, across categories including developer tools, unit converters, finance, text & content, image & design, date & time, security, health & fitness, SEO & marketing, math & numbers, file & document, and network & web tools. No account or sign-up is required to use any tool.

We may add, change, or remove individual tools, or the site as a whole, at any time, without prior notice and without liability for doing so.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use automated scripts or bots to send high-volume, repeated requests that degrade the site’s performance for other visitors
• Attempt to bypass, disable, or interfere with any security feature of the site
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or republish the site’s code, design, or content to build a competing service
• Use any tool’s output to break the law, commit fraud, or infringe someone else’s rights, for example generating credentials for unauthorized access
• Misrepresent your identity or impersonate ConvertNow.tools elsewhere

We may restrict or block access for anyone we reasonably believe is violating these terms.

4. Intellectual property

The ConvertNow.tools name, logo, site design, and underlying code are owned by ConvertNow.tools and may not be copied, reproduced, or redistributed without written permission. Any text, numbers, or files you type or upload into a tool, and the result a tool generates for you from that input, remain yours; we don’t claim ownership over content you create using our tools.

5. Accuracy of tools and “as-is” service

Tools are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We aim for accuracy and test tools before publishing them, but calculations, conversions, and generated output can contain errors, and formulas or standards they’re based on can change over time.

6. Advertising and third-party links

The site may display advertising, including through Google AdSense, and may link to third-party websites for reference or further reading. We don’t control and aren’t responsible for the content, accuracy, or privacy practices of third-party sites or ads; visiting them is at your own discretion, subject to their own terms.

7. Voluntary donations

The “Buy me a coffee” button links to PayPal and is a voluntary, optional donation to support running the site. It doesn’t create a subscription, doesn’t unlock any paid feature, and is non-refundable except where required by law. We never see or store your payment details; PayPal processes the transaction under its own terms.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ConvertNow.tools and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site or any tool, including but not limited to errors in calculations, data loss, or reliance on generated output.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold ConvertNow.tools harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your misuse of the site or your violation of these terms.

10. Termination of access

We may suspend or block access to the site for any user or IP address we reasonably believe is abusing the service, attempting to harm it, or violating these terms, without prior notice.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Germany, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Berlin, Germany, to the extent permitted by applicable consumer-protection law in your country of residence.

12. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms as the site evolves. The “last updated” date at the top of this page always reflects the latest version; continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
